This is very difficult to answer definitively, but if you are reasonably fit, then trekking is challenging but not exhausting. Most treks are designed so that you walk a comfortable distance each day and still have enough power left for the next.

You will need good walking shoes/boots, comfortable walking clothes, waterproof jacket and trousers, a daypack, warm clothing in the early/late part of the year and hats etc during the summer. We supply a detailed packing list with your information pack.
The Lycian Way is nice walked anytime between April and June and then in September and October. July and August are generally too hot for walking. Spring is great, when when the flowers are blooming and the birds are singing but it is also nice at the end of September and October when it has really started to cool down.

You should have a good level of physical fitness, general hiking experience, must not have any chronic or acute issues with your leg functions and must be mentally comfortable with multi-day hikes, than you are ready for trekking.
We highly recommend having a guide with you. You will travel in wilderness areas and sometimes at high elevations so from the safety aspect you should not be alone. Travelling through villages, will bring you across many trails and if you take a wrong turn accidently it may be difficult to communicate with locals to get back on the right path or to secure food or accommodation. They will be unlikely to speak English.
